Seems to me like Somalia is the RWNJ's ideal place Tom. No gun control. Limited almost non-existent government. No regulations. Strong evangelical fundamentalist society. You should definitely put it at the top of your relocation list. It'll be a win/win. At the very least you should sail down there and check it out. You owe it to all of us.
