If I was Romeo, I'd just put Fat Scott's butt boy Cassel back in, get my retirement/future plans as a defensive coordinator with another team (Patriots?) in order and pretend this year never happened.
I doubt that anyone will ever again be foolish enough to hire him in any role. He's done.
