Make them from scratch, but don't mash them enough so they're lumpy.
Use skim milk because you're a ****ing health freak, so they're tastless and runny.
Hopefully the new SIL will cook them, but it just depends if she gets there in time. And since she'll be riding with my habitually running late BIL, probably not.
