This is where the scouting department, GM, and coaches have to get it right. Not that the talent level at QB is anywhere near what it was in 1983... the last time we drafted a QB in the first round... but there were 5 QB in that first round. And we pretty much grabbed the only turd out of that group. In 2013 we need to get it right.
