I didn't mention O'Brien because I too am convinced he won't leave Penn State. Not after all that loyalty he has professed to them.
Shaw is not only my top College HC choice but very serious candidate for the top choice even when you factor in NFL assistants. After Walsh and Harbaugh I'm comfortable with getting a Stanford HC if I'm an NFL GM.
