Hmm. I wonder how disproportionately outsized DE's judiciary is on litigation. I would think that most plaintiffs would still opt for the business locus because of witness location and perhaps the reputation that DE's corporate "friendliness" extends to its courtrooms as well.
Still, perhaps they draw enough extra attention there to occupy some additional judges.
