In the next 4 years, we'll see two tracks of cooperation developing:
1. The establishment track where they stab eachother in their bellies and call it compromise (the kind of negotiating we see now with the so-called "fiscal cliff.")
2. Actual bipartisan cooperation where the libertarian Republicans and the Democrats (sometimes it will be the fiscally conservative "blue dog" democrats, sometimes it will be the civil libertarian democrats) work together to do the right thing.
