In a custody matter, a judge does. It's absurd for this homeschooling association to be worried that the UN is going to bother away a parent's ability to raise their children in any but a well-established, depraved, abusive manner. If anyone is worried about UN enforcement of some UN established standard, I'd agree that that's absurd.
I still don't really understand what benefit this treaty would be to us. I'm not necessarily against it. I just don't understand why I should be for it.
