If you feel like you can't trust a co-worker to do his/her job, when they used to be able to do it, isn't that a betrayal of sorts? At the end of the day, you have to get over it and adapt and overcome those issues, but it doesn't disregard the initial letdown
If Thomas wanted to say something, he should have said it when Hillis was still on the team.
