I find it helps to have someone available to tag-in.

My legs just don't have the stamina they once did. And frankly, my attention span isn't that great these days either.

Getting a few minutes to have a seat and maybe grab a corn dog and watch some Animal Planet really does get you charged up for the home stretch.
