Clark would have to have known about such a thing, and would have to have given the OK on it (even an implicit OK).
It's a sign that Clark doesn't understand (never understood?) what makes a professional sports team a success in a market like Kansas City.
Where does the absentee owner that doesn't quite have a good pulse on the day to day of his own org and the fans stop and the guy who just makes the wrong decisions start?
