The guy who actually hit him is not blameless. In fact, he should be convicted. Nevertheless, the reporter was instigating things (hence my "looking for trouble.").

I'm glad to hear that you agree that the union thug was in the wrong and unjustified. It wasn't clear from your previous posts where you smear the victim without any obvious reason to do so.
