I'm playing off your initial rape analogy. This guy is not like an innocent rape victim, although you think it's justified in portraying him as such. When you choose to put the situation in those terms, I feel compelled to get to your level. If you're now uncomfortable with the rape analogy, we can go back to the original situation.
I'm glad you have a better understanding of my position. Next time please don't presume without any obvious reason to do so that I find the attacker okay.
