If Pioli stays he's going to have to fire the head coach. And if he does that, I don't think he'll be able to cobble together a replacement who would want to work here.

THIS IS TOTALLY ON TARGET AND THE MOST DAMNING ARGUMENT AGAINST PIOLI. But I'm not sure if Clark understands this angle. At least we have not yet seen any indication that he does yet. Hopefully I'm wrong, but Pioli might just save his position with Clark by asking Romeo to fall on his sword. Clark may just accept that as a step in the right direction, in denial of how poisonous the FO is and how off putting it is to potential coaching talents.
