Yes he is. He's got a great arm. He's a smart guy.
But he's small and he's never going to get bigger than he currently is without sacrificing the aspect of his game that makes him so unique - his athleticism.
And he looks like he's already maxed out his frame usable muscle wise.
And he's not a Chief. He wasn't going to be a Chief. No way, no how. The Chiefs didn't have the ammo to get him. And I don't think that there is a single person that wouldn't have loved to have had him as a Chief. I know I would have been giddy with him as our QB.
That being said, I do feel that Geno Smith is a better pro prospect than Griffin. He's a better passer and has better pocket presence. He lets the game develop in front of him and he can and does use that to get the ball downfield rather than take off and run exclusively.
And it's not like I'm saying Smith is monumentally better a prospect than Griffin. Pretty freaking close. I just like Geno's game better for the pros than Bobby's.
