That would be a better title than the one they are using. They do not represent Churches in general and I've never seen any validation biblically that they can stand behind when they have done these heinous things.
They claimed that the country was being punished due to other peoples sins. Not so, each of us are responsible for our own sins. God does not hate the sinner, he hates the sin. It's an easy concept, but somehow this church of lawyers seems to have found something they can use to sue people for interfering with their free speech. If you see them and do anything overtly objectionable to them they will sue you.
