He actually has compromised.
He went further than half way to Boehner's opening proposal.
Boehner pulled out of the talks and introduced a partisan bill that featured a bunch of unrealistic GOP valentine items like dismantling Obamacare and cuts for Meals on Wheels (gee, why do Americans consider them extreme?), but because it included a menial
millionaire's tax, his own party shot it down.
So, who's unable to compromise, here?
