I'd rather have a GM that realizes the importance of a franchise QB over a GM who wants to find a gem so he can pat himself on the back for two decades.
Polian rode Manning to like 10 straight 12+ win seasons.
If he (or his son) wants to ride Geno for 10 straight 12+ win seasons and a Super Bowl or two...sign me up.
