I really hate when people say this. Nobody has taken God out of schools. Any student in the US can say a prayer in school. Students can lead other students in prayer. The only thing that isn't allowed, is a teacher or administrator teaching religious belief. That's so kids don't confuse people's personal beliefs with actual educational material.
I wish that were true, but there are always idiots who are the polar opposites of the Westboro groups pushing their anti-religious rhetoric passed the boundaries of the Constitution. Freedom OF religion, not Freedom FROM religion.
