I heard a great comment on one of the 810 podcasts this week talking about Romeo. They said that "every player" on the Chiefs loves him and that's a big problem. When did everyone love their boss? Bosses make you do things you don't like to do like extra practice time or hard drills and the fact may be that Romeo is too soft and more like their friend then their coach.
That could explain a lot and another reason he's gottas go or step back into a D coordinator for a new coach
