Hell, ANYTHING is an "investment". Honey I just made an "investment" in my golf game. $700 irons. Sure, it was once called waste. But today? An "investment"!!!!
The better good is one of their favorite sales pitches also. We need to surrender more rights for the better good. The government always knows best~
