Newest addition to the arsenal of freedom:
I went in to the gun shop knowing exactly what I wanted - came out almost two hours later with a piece of paper. The crowds were getting so bad at this place that they enacted a line policy - if you're buying, picking up or just want to handle a firearm, you have to stand in line until one of the salesmen is available. I stood in line for over an hour, and then it took forever to get the paperwork done. And it seemed like everybody that was there was buying, not looking - certainly all the guys in line around me were there to buy. Sure sucked the fun out of going there. Felt like I was standing in a ****ing Soviet bread line.
And what a difference a couple of weeks made - last time I was there they had dozens of ARs. This time, they had five and lots empty shelves, and I think at least two of the five sold while I was there.
