I just don't understand how 2-14 at this point in his tenure can make an owner say, "well, I haven't seen enough fail yet to believe he can't do it. Lets give him another shot." I mean, it's absolutely incredible that he has a job.
A performance record like Scott's would have gotten me fired 3 or 4 times at my current job.
