Oh, for sure. Just going by the odds, there is no way the Earth is the only planet capable of sustaining life as we know it. Trillions upon trillions of planets out there, and now we may actually be able to pinpoint one and use it as a goal to reach. Pretty cool stuff.

Do you have a link to the site/story? I used to be a big nerd for stuff like that. Not to go all conspiracy theorist, but let's just say that if it were ever made public that not only have we been contacted by aliens, but maintain a type of relationship with them, I wouldn't be all that suprised.
