It seems that way. We all know Reid makes every QB look 1 to 2 tiers higher than they are, but we want a QB who has the potential to be a low high tier and up who Reid makes look like a high tier and an elite tier. Not some middle tier Flynn who may not even be middle but low middle or even low tier. I love tiers btw.
