The more people that have them, the more people who hopefully will enjoy the sport and not be afraid of them. Fear of bans swell the ranks, because there is no sitting on the fence now.

I guess, but can you still use the 20 and 30 round mags at the range? How does the ban work? I know he said existing mags are grandfathered in, does that mean you can own them and still use them?
