I realize others would argue with my definition. I wouldn’t really have a problem lowering the taxes further and removing the “family” part of my suggestion. I don’t really believe the Government has any business being involved in, nor do we as a society benefit from tax incentives for getting married or reproducing.
My "family" wasn't a family at all by that definition when my mother became a 36 year old widow with three kids under the age of 13.
