It's not only our previous GM that does that. As they mentioned during the game, both the Redskins and Seahawks did it in 2010 when their new coaches came on board (4th and 6th pick, Berry was sandwiched between them).

Fortunately this is a better year for QBs than that but I'm going to worry about it until I hear who the pick actually is. I think Reid has an affinity for linemen and I'm concerned with Albert (health, contract status).

I really, really hope that's not the direction we go. And I'm not predicting that it will be. But I am perpetually worried.
