No, the writing isn't on the wall. The writing is being imagined up by kooky paranoid people who think they see evidence of vast global conspiracies where there are none. This practice has been happening throughout history. There is always some group of nuts who believe we're on the brink of government take over and civil collapse. You say the writing is on the wall "if you can see it".
