Officiating is at a crisis level in all major sports. HD has only exacerbated their ineptitude. I don't think there is systematic bias to favor certain teams in the NFL, but I would have a hard time believing that several officials don't make calls to influence gambling lines, especially O/Us, for their own personal benefit.

I do think for the most part, on major things they get it right. But there are so many little things that happen that make you wonder.
I actually think MLB umpires are about the best.
