1- Tell me exactly what a "Gun Show Loophole" is
2- I already have a CCW and I am fingerprinted by homeland security and assessed as being "Not a threat" because I transport hazardous materials.
Currently, I can walk into any gun store in NC and buy any gun I want that is legal after filling out a piece of paper, then I walk out of the store with it.
Should I have to wait to buy a gun or is this a good idea?
