I've yet to find a gun control proponent that can even explain what the "Gun Show Loophole" even is, let alone how they plan to close it. The truth is that there is absolutely no such thing as a gun show loophole. There is no activity that is legal at a gun show, which is not equally legal outside of a gun show. I challenge any anti gun person to show otherwise.
The proposed legislation includes action against things that don't really exist. Pretty good indicator that this is all bullshit political talk with no basis in reality.
