I don't see how in the world ND thinks it can get away with calling HIM the victim of a hoax. If he had simply been exchanging tweets, texts and FB messages with her, sure. But he said he saw her, talked to her, etc. Clearly, he was in on it. Jeesh. Better to say nothing than that shit.
