I wouldn't think so. I would say Bradford would be about neck-and-neck with Barkley.
Of course, I think a lot of the perception with this year's QBs has to do with wins and losses. So maybe Bradford still goes first, although he was injured the whole season.
In any case, I don't think this QB class is any weaker than in any other "normal" draft class. Nobody with Andrew Luck's pedigree should not mean nobody of any value at all. It's a double-standard. Other positions get artificially elevated, both OT and DT this year in my opinion, but quarterback value is almost always lowered. Maybe it's a holdover from the old CBA, when you really could hurt your franchise for a decade if you busted on a QB with a $60-million contract. But the idea of any other position being "safer" than QB is outmoded now, and people need to stop thinking that way.
