It probably won't pass, but the lack of effectiveness of the previous AWB was that it had 600 loopholes and didn't suggest any course of action for the AWs that were already bought and sold prior.

It's not right that someone who owns a guy with a 12 round magazine a criminal, I would agree. I'm willing to bet there's a provision either excusing it for folks like yourself, instigating some sort of buyback, or creating some sort of proven track record of proficiency/law-abidingness in order to allow access to a 12 round mag. I'm not sure yet, nobody really is.

Maybe in your interpretation, but this is not remotely a universal view, nor is it even a majority view that limiting magazine sizes is unconstitutional infringement.
