Or else.....? What is the punishment if they don't? And how can they prove it? And what rights does the therapist have in client-professional confidentiality privilege?
they are already required to report any serious threat to the authorities and so are lawyers outside of privlege. And they better be right and just because they'll lose their respective lic over it should it prove to be untrue,
