With that said, Bridgewater would undoubtedly go first overall if he were to declare this year (TrueSoph btw)
I'd put Fales just a bit behind him, but he too, would probably get picked #1 this year.
Brett Smith is good enough to have been able to challenge Geno for the #1 QB spot this year.
2 of your top 3 will be juniors and the rest is the most underwhelming "stack" ever.
