You do realize black coaches are welcome to turn down an interview if they thought it was insulting, right? The fact that they accept interviews, even when it's clear they're only there to be Rooney Ruled, indicates that they don't have a problem with it.

Accepting a mock interview to get better is not the same as being interviewed because of your skin color.
It's insulting to black coaches, a subtle way of telling them they're not good enough. Of course, it's never spun that way...
