The vast majority of the legal problems would not exist if not for do- gooder social engineering where Uncle Sam rewards people for actions they deem good for society. Getting Married, having children, buying homes, the road to good intentions is often paved with hell.

Exactly, and it sure as heck is not a civil rights issue and is an insult to everyone who has struggled for real civil rights.
