There is something wrong with this case. It’s been a month and the police have just now released this information, thereby allowing the media and the Obama administration to gin up a frenzy of anti-Bushmaster hysteria. Inaction like that is explained only two ways: One is total incompetence. The other is that someone is controlling the release of information.

I seriously doubt that it’s incompetence. That leaves the other option. Why would the outflow of information be managed like this?
