I'm not going to read though this whole thread, so sorry if this has been mentioned before. I have a history of weight problems and experience with massive weight loss, as well as the weight gain that often creeps back afterwards.
After having lost over 100 pounds and then gaining back 30-40lbs of it, I've had a good amount of success recently with this app
. I've found that if when I take it seriously and write in everything that I eat (and whatever exercise I do), I meet my goals a lot more frequently. I've lost a solid 10 lbs over the last couple of weeks just by using it. It's a nice little tool for holding yourself accountable for what you eat and what you do.
