What's really disappointing to me is that it doesn't sound like it's addressing the #2 immigration issue facing our country, which is our wholesale education of foreigners who take their education home and compete against us.
We should offer a hell of a deal for foreigners who've come here to get a higher education. We need their knowledge to play ball for us
, since we spent the money to educate them, rather than releasing them back home and completing against us
