Another version would be to do an asian thing and serve in lettuce wraps or rice paper wraps.
Cook the but, then mix in the following suace
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tblsp sugar
2 tblsp fresh grated ginger
2 cloves fresh grated garlic
2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup chopped cilantro
juice of one lime
Mix this in with your pulled pork. Then serve with lettuce leaves as wraps.
