If I was in this situation I'd probably opt for a fire extinguisher. Blast somebody coming around a corner in the face with one of those bad boys and they'll be instantly blinded and disoriented - then use it to bash their ****ing skull in. Better than scissors, IMO.
But still, I'd much rather have a gun.
