How is it "not happening"? Is you savior going to apply more regulations that say you can't physical screen people or that you have to hire sick people? Ya know, to create more jobs.

Well, what was the job? Sounds like you are talking about a pretty specialized postion or else the rejected applicants have a pretty easy lawsuit. For 99% of jobs, they don't require you to strip naked and have a physical. Are you a prono actor or perhaps an NFL quarterback?
And, IF this was happening for some particular job, Obamacare would have nothing to do with it or give any incentive for an employer to do it. If you had some physical ailment, the employer has incentive to not hire you with Obamacare, before Obamacare, or if they aren't even offering insurance.
