Even with cutting off Saturday delivery, they are still paying into a program based upon employment numbers from 2006. After 50,000 people lose their jobs, that same amount will continue to be spent until Congress decides to do something. Why is slashing jobs the first step? And why continue to pay the same amount whenever there are already thousands upon thousands of less people to cover? It just doesn't make any sense to me at all.
