I agree that it's incredibly vague. I asked for clarification, but none was forthcoming. Like I said, it's a stupid rule. But it's even worse if it doesn't apply equally to all or if it's too vague to know what's allowed and what's not allowed.
The best I can tell from the limited data is that the rule applies to people who make Dane upset and it doesn't apply to Flopnuts. The line must be somewhere in between, but there's no way to tell where.
