At the NFL level, those mistmatches are going to be in the intermediate passing zones and he's going to take advantage of them with a QB that shows strong intermediate accuracy but has enough footspeed to keep defenses honest.
Smith absolutely has those traits. I think the problem may just be that you don't actually understand much about Chip Kelly.
