This doesn't respond to my point:
The OP illustrates a gigantic loophole that government friends of huge corporations construct specifically to allow them to simply avoid paying what they'd otherwise owe in taxes. That they don't need, and robs our country of valuable revenue.
Yet if most of the conservatives on this forum had to choose between those loopholes for huge corporations and food stamps, which one do you think they'd prioritize for cuts? Which one would you?
