That's up to our brass to decide.
He has everything physically that you could want. He was a winner. He seems smart and appears to have good leadership skills (that's not for sure though).
Strong arm.
Problem with him is consistency and mechanics.
Raw but unlimited potential if he puts it together in the right situation. Sounds a lot like McNabb to me.
